How rude! Taking pot shots at a loyal reader across the internet. You should at least explain how you forfeited your recipe-receiving rights by formerly implying that only my better half had recipes worth borrowing! Hurumpf!

I don't think that it could be constituted as rude! You may "hurmpf" if you like. Quite honestly, this is the kind of response I would expect from Dozier. Maybe that is why you two get along so well.

Okay, that's just beyond rude! Let me just say that your reputation of quiet innocence is forever shattered. And now we even have a witness to validate me.

First of all, I was not aware that I had such a specific reputation. And you are returning rude with rude. Also, the original post held no relation to you (or your sacred cookie recipe), it was merrily information to my OTHER readers. You just may not be the only person who has a recipe I want. Hurumpf! Hahaha . . . Someday I might just decide to beg and grovel (after I Google any recipes that sound like yours).
